As a team we are disappointed with the outcome of our game against the Western Mass Pioneers, but we are past that and now focusing our attention on the Pittsburgh Riverhounds.

This week in practice we settled down and are beginning to get back to the style of football that we played against Crystal Palace and George Mason in pre season. 

The Riverhounds are going to be a very fast and physical team and we have to match them from the start. 

Everyone seems to be a little more relieved with the first match out of the way and can now focus on just playing their game. 

Practice has been very intense this week and it should carry over into the upcoming game.  We are taking it one game at a time. If we can continue with this mentality, we should be in contention come the end of the season heading into the playoffs.
